Sydney Homeschool Community Band

Come and join a group of 30 adults, kids and teens playing sax, clarinet, flute, violin, cello, guitar, uke, drums, keyboard, trumpet, recorder, bass and more. We meet at West Pymble Scout Hall on Thursdays 9:30 – 10:45 and we love welcoming new members of ages, abilities and instruments! (We can’t accommodate complete beginners as we don’t have the resources to support them but they are welcome in the choir and our soon to start percussion ensemble) This term we will be working on the jazz tune Pink Panther, a face paced Number “Buck”  and a Coldplay song. We’ll also be joining the choir for a campfire singalong at the end of term. The cost is $150, siblings $120 and adults $80 (to entice them along!) Creative Kids Voucher available. Homeschool MAAS Astronomy class – online Thursday 15th October

Museum of Applied Science (MAAS)  2.5 hour virtual astronomy workshop next Thursday 15 October, 2020 created especially for homeschoolers. Sydney Homeschool Choir

We meet on Thursdays in West Pymble Bicentennial Park and love welcoming new members. No experience or special singing skills required – we sing music that is fun and easy to learn and welcome all voices and abilities. We have a warm, welcoming community vibe and enjoy a long play together in the park afterwards.
