Geoff Wyatt who is the Education Program Producer for the Museum of Applied Arts and Sciences is inviting Home School children to be part of a TV broadcast from the Powerhouse Museum in Ultimo, on 23 November.
‘ From 6am to 9am the Today program will broadcast from the brand new exhibition entitled “Future Park” and there will be several crosses to the Museum to see and engage with children in the exhibition. This means you will have the chance to be the first people to see and experience it. Please see website for more details on the Future Park.
Around 50-60 children are needed, so if you’d like to be the first in Australia to see this and be on TV please send Geoff Wyatt an email. You don’t have to stay the whole three hours but you can if you like.
There will be a requirement to sign a photo/video waiver of course as it will be broadcast nationally. If you would like to attend please send an email to Geoff at: geoffw@phm.gov.au with your name, contact details, number of children and preferred time. ‘
You can come at any time between 6am and 9am.
