15@15: Youth Building Democracy, our global competition inviting 15-year-olds to share their vision for a more secure and democratic world, which has been featured on CBC News: The National.
The creation of the application video could be a great school project for students looking for a meaningful and creative way to reflect on the world around them.
If you haven’t had a chance yet to share this opportunity with your network, there’s still time—applications are open until September 15, 2025.
This year, we are again offering winners:
A paid trip (with a parent or legal guardian) to the 2025 Halifax International Security Forum in Canada
The chance to meet with some of the world’s most influential leaders at the Forum
An opportunity to showcase their creativity and leadership to representatives from more than 80 countries at the Forum.
Competition Closes: September 15, 2025 | 11:59pm ET
2025 Halifax International Security Forum: November 21-23, 2025
