SUMMARY:KinHub (Inner West)
DESCRIPTION:KinHub offers neuro affirming and trauma informed sessions every Tuesday during school terms in Marrickville (10.30am – 1.30pm) for kids age 5-15+. Sessions run for 3hrs and cost $45 (paid by the term). What’s included:\n\n\n\nFacilitated programs with expert mentors (eg drama\, street art\, film) – PDA friendly approach\nUnstructured activities (eg pool table\, ping pong\, arts/crafts/STEM)\nAll materials and mentors\nAccess to additional KinHub offsite activities + opportunities (additional fees may apply for ticketed excursions)\nAccess to the KinHub community & networks\nConnection and informal support for parents/carers\nSupported group environment to help young people build positive peer connections\nAccess to outdoor park space for movement\, sensory breaks + informal play\n\n\n\n\n\nI know committing to a full term can feel like a huge step (especially for our cohort). Getting out the door isn’t always straightforward and some weeks will be harder than others. But what we see again and again is that the consistency is what makes the difference. Come along to the SHEN Annual Swimming Carnival for homeschoolers—a fun day to get together\, catch up with old friends and make some new ones. Whether your children are keen swimmers or just enjoy being part of the day\, there’s plenty of opportunity to join in\, cheer each other on and enjoy some friendly competition with other homeschooling families. We’re looking forward to welcoming 150+ homeschooled children and their families for another great day of swimming\, fun and community spirit. \nTickets are now available—get in early! \n\nSHEN Member Ticket: $15.00 per child\nSpectators: Free\n\nPrice includes pool entry for all competitors and spectators. \nPlease note: Members are kindly asked to purchase tickets only for their own children. We encourage friends and extended family to join SHEN and purchase their own tickets. \nWhen purchasing a ticket\, you will be required to:\n\n\n\nEnter your child’s full name\nEnter your child’s year of birth\n\nAge groups follow our athletics carnival and general sports convention.
